CONSTITUTION: A sealing agent consisting of (A) about 90W20wt% polyoxyalkylene glycol diether expressed by the formula (R1 and R4 are 6W30C hydrocarbon: R2O is oxypropylene or oxybutylene, R3 is methylene or ethylene; a, b, c and d are positive integers), at a weight ratio between the higher oxyethylene groups and the oxyalkylene groups higher than the oxyethylene groups of 10/90W80/20, in which both form a block copolymer with each other and an average molecular weight is 500W20,000, and (B) about 10W80wt% water.
