Abstract
PURPOSE: To heat the entire part of a metallic frame having flange parts perpendicular to the body of a metallic plate uniformly by passing a magnetic flux inclined to at least one of the metallic plate or the flange parts in said frame.
CONSTITUTION: A high frequency induction coil 2 of an approximately rectangular shape connected to a high frequency electric power source 1 is disposed with inclination by an angle θ with respect to a panel 3 conveyed in a direction A. A metallic frame 4 is built in the panel 3. The frame 4 is made by bending a metallic plate 5 to an approximately rectangular shape, and flange parts 6 respectively perpendicular to the body of the metallic plate are provided to both top and bottom end parts of the plate 5. A core material is built in the frame 4, and surface materials are adhered to the parts 6 by means of adhesives. Since the direction formed of the magnetic flux ϕ of the coil 2 is inclined to the gradually moving direction of the frame 4, both the body 5 and the flange parts 6 can be heated uniformly, and the end parts of the core material built in the frame 4 are adhered by heating to the inside surface of the body of the plate 5.
