The frame for dummy is projected with a vane piece 3b over the entire length at the front center of a fitting part 3a consisting of a U shape in section. When the frame 1 is passed through the inside of an induction coil of a rectangular shape from the frame 3 side toward an arrow direction, it is heated successively from the frame 3 side and the leading end part of the frame 1 backward of the vane piece 3b is heated uniformly, whereby the entire part of the frame 1 is heated uniformly.
