Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently apply a turning effect to a rotary unit and effectively utilize energy, by constituting an impeller with a blade board in which many concaved faces or lattice shaped hollowed cavities are formed to a pressure surface in the input side of fluid. CONSTITUTION:A suitable number of arm levers 3 are extensibly provided in the surroundings of a rotary unit 1, and many concaved surfaces or hollowed cavities 5, provided with a lattice shaped rise up part, are formed to a pressure receiving face 4 in the input side of fluid toward the same direction of said arm lever 3, then there is axially mounted an impeller 7, pivotally mounted with blade boards 6 in an opening and closins state capable of preventing the dispersal of a speed water head of wave, tidal current, e.g., to said rotary unit. Said blade boards 6 are opened by input of fluid to enlarge the pressure receiving face 4 in the front of said blade board 6 as early as possible.
