Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniform the distribution of charges produced and to enable to adjust the density, by laminating a dielectric substance having greater size at the electret member of an electret element. CONSTITUTION:At an electret member side of an electret element 23 formed with an electret member 22 made of macropolymer film such as PP, TFE, FEP coated on a back electrode 21 made of a grounded conductive metallic base, a dielectric substance 24 made of a conductive metallic material or an organic substance having larger size is laminated. Although the nonelectret part is present in the electret member 22, charges are produced with uniform distribution on the entire dielectric substance and the density is decreased and thus, the potential is also reduced. Thus, products rich in the moisture-proof, stable in the characteristics and in which the potential can be adjusted arbitrarily, can be manufactured.
