Abstract
PURPOSE:To uniformly distribute and to increase the protection of an electret member, by inserting a plurality of members in channel shape at the circumference between an electret member and a dielectric substance of an electret element for bonding. CONSTITUTION:An electret member 22 made of macropolymer film such as PP, TFE, FEP is coated to a back electrode 21 made of a conductive metallic base to form an electret element 23. A dielectric substance 24 made of a conductive metal material of organic substance having the equal area shape as the member 22 is fixed to the element 23 with channel shape members 201, 202. Although the nonelectret part is present in the electret member 22, charges almost the same amount on the electret 23 are produced with uniform distribution on the entire surface of the dielectric substance 24. Thus, products rich in the moisture-proof and stable in the characteristics can be manufactured.
