CONSTITUTION:Electret elements 231, 232 coated with electret members 221, 222 made of macropolymer film such as PP, TEF, FEP with back electrodes 211, 212 made of a conductive metallic base, one of which is grounded are opposed for the electret members 221, 222 and they are laminated by clipping a dielectric substance 24 made or a conductive metallic member or organic substance having equal or less area shape than the electret member between the members.
