Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce charge having a potential equal to the algebraic sum of the potentials of a pair of electret elements on one back electrode, by laminating the electret elements so that the electret member's side are opposed and grounding another back electrode. CONSTITUTION:Electret elements 231, 232 coated with electret members 221, 222 made of macropolymer film such as PP, TEF, FEP with back electrodes 211, 212 made of a conductive metallic base, one of which is grounded are opposed for the electret members 221, 222 and they are laminated by clipping a dielectric substance 24 made or a conductive metallic member or organic substance having equal or less area shape than the electret member between the members. On the surface of the back electrode 212, regardless that the nonelectret part is in existing to each electret member, the electric field having equal potential to the algebraic sum of the potentials of both the electret elements 231, 232 is uniformly distributed. Thus, products rich in the moisture-proof and stable in the characteristics can be made.
