Then a sensor 13 detecting the lowering of the surface temperature of the roll 3 down to 135 deg.C energizes at the same time a halogen heater 9 and a motor 38 to regulate within a prescribed temperature range. The partial concentration of heat is thereby avoided. Thus a resin material on the surface of the roll 3 is protected even if the removal of pressing contact is not taken among the rolls.
