Abstract

PURPOSE:To wind up a film on a core pipe without using an adhesive tape or the like by blowing in the film belt cut behind an exit side touch roll between an entrance side touch roll and and the core pipe. CONSTITUTION:A core pipe 12 is arranged between an entrance side touch roll 13 and an exit side touch roll 15 so that a film F may be wound up on the core pipe at an angle in the range of 220 deg.-280 deg.. After the film belt F is cut by a thin-bladed cutter 20, its cut end is blown in between the entrance side roll 13 and the core pipe 12 by the jet air from a nozzle 21. In this construction, this end part is rolled in as the core pipe 12 is rotated, and the film F is continuously wound up on the core pipe 12.
