Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a simple voltage sweeping circuit by adding an initial value setting circuit and an operation stopping means to an analog integrator. CONSTITUTION:A sweep voltage generating circuit 1 is composed of a Miller integrator, and for the initialization of the terminal voltage of a capacitor 12, an initializing voltage application terminal 5 and reset switches 17 and 18 are provided. With an operation switch 16 closed, the circuit 1 generates a sweep voltage V0 at the output terminal 6 of an amplifier 11. A stop signal generating circuit 2 compares the voltage V0 with a sweep ending voltage VF and, when the both are coincident, generates a stop signal. The stop signal is supplied to the D-FF31 of a sweeping signal generating circuit 3 to reset the D-FF31, thereby opening the switch 16.
