PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic recording medium which has a high adhesive strengh between a base material and a magnetic layer especially and is superior in weather resistance and durability, by laminating magnetic layers where the angle of incidence of a vapor-deposited magnetic metal to a moving base material is changed continuously from a low value to a high value.
