Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the ratio with which a compressor is kept ON at the time of acceleration and to accelerate the speed smoothly by a method wherein the operating ratio of the compressor at the time of acceleration is reduced as compared with those at the times of deceleration and constant-speed running. CONSTITUTION:When a compressor is turned ON and an evaporator is cooled, the resistance value of a sensor 2 is increased. When the voltage V1 at a connecting point between the sensor 2 and a resistance 2a becomes higher than the voltage V2 at a connecting point between a resistance 4 and a variable resistance 5, while an output voltage from an operational amplifier 1 becomes H-level to turn OFF a transistor 9, thereby deenergizing a relay 10 and a magneto clutch 12, and the compressor is turned OFF. When the compressor is turned OFF, the output voltage of the amplifier 1 becomes L-level so that the transistor 9 is turned On and the clutch 12 is energized, turning ON the compressor.
