Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide an ink sheet for energized transfer recording which enables a highly dense recording with a limited drop in the heat efficiency regardless of increase in the thickness with a large heat transfer rate by mixing a powdered metal in a thermoplastic resin with a coloring material at respectively specified rates. CONSTITUTION:45-94.9(by capacity)% of a (A) thermoplastic resin (e.g. a polycarbonate or the like preferably with a melting point of 50-300 deg.C and a glass transition point of -100-+150 deg.C), 5-45% of a (B) coloring material (e.g. carbon black or the like preferably with a particle diameter of 20-30nm) and 0.1- 10% of a (C) powder metal (copper, aluminum, silver, zinc or the like preferably with a heat transfer rate of 0.1cal/cm.sec. deg.C or more) are mixed together in coexistence with a solvent. The mixture is applied and dried on a glass plate or the like to obtain an ink sheet as desired.
