Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the light transmissivity to increase the conductivity and to decrease the electric resistance, by including graphite fine particles in the magnetic substance layer.
CONSTITUTION: The graphite fine particles 0.5W10μm in average particle diameter are included in the magnetic paint by 3W15wt%. This magnetic paint is coated on the base such as polyester base film to form the magnetic substance layer and magnetic disc with punch. Thus,the coating film and solvent resistance of the magnetic subtance layer can be improved, the output can be increased and the light transmissivity and the electric resistance can be reduced.
