Abstract

PURPOSE: An epoxysilane and a specific resin are mixed under melting and crushed after cooling and the powdery mixture is incorporated with a powdery polyamide to permit the formation of adhesive layers with high resistance to peeling and high durability with no use of solvent.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A liquid epoxysilance bearing hydrolyzable groups in the molecule such as γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane and B an epoxy resin that is solid at room temperature, compatible with the epoxysilane but unreactive with the same when heated to melting are mixed at a ratio of 1-20 to 99-80 and they are molten by heating. After cooled and crushed, the resulting powdery mixture is added to a powdery polyamide in an amount of 3-40wt% based on the polyamide. When the powdery adhesive is molten and conted on substartes the coated surface itself becomes aulherent but not sticky and can be stored stably for long periods of time.
