CONSTITUTION:A screw lever 93 has a lead angle alpha equal to the wire winding lead angle alpha, and a pulley rotary center shaft 9 is supported by fitting a pulley 25 to the screw lever shaft 93. The spiral grooves 256 and 257 are formed to the left and right circumference drums 251 and 252 of the pulley 25 with same winding direction and the equal lead angle alpha, and the wires 21 and 22 are accepted and wound to these grooves respectively. Thus the right and left movements of the pulley 25 follow exactly the lead angle alpha to perfectly prevent a shift of the relative position between the drums 251 and 252 and the wires 21 and 22.
