NEW MATERIAL:An isoquinoline derivative shown by the formulaI(R1 and R2 are H, OH, acyloxy, alkoxy; R3 and R4 are H, or form a bond; R5 is H, acyl, R6 is H, or R5 and R6 form a bond; R7 is alkylene; R8 is H, alkyl; R9 is nitrogen- containing five-membered aromatic heterocyclic group substituted by alkyl; when R1 is 6-hydroxy, R2 is 7-hydroxy, and R3WR6 are H, R8 is alkyl).
EXAMPLE: 6,7-Dihydroxy-1-[N-methyl-N-( 1-methyl-1H-tetrazole-5-yl- )aminomethyl]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline.
USE: A drug having a suppressing action on the secretion of gastric juice.
