Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the inertial effiiency of a rotor by forming a gate of macromolecular material at the molding time in a ring shape on the outer periphery of the shaft of a rotor gear, thereby improving the molding condition and reducing the thickness of a rotor seat. CONSTITUTION:In the state that a gate bush 6 is raised and a mold is opened, a rotor gear 1 is inserted into the gear guide hole 4b of a lower cavity 4. Then, a rotor magnet 2 is inserted into a magnet guide hole 4c. After the rotor gear 1 and the magnet 2 are set, the gate bush 6 is lowered, molding material is flowed from the gate 7 formed at the gate bush 6 to integrally mold the magnet 2 with the gear 1 and to simultaneously manufacture the rotor seat. Then, when the mold is opened, the magnet 2 is integrally formed with the gear 1 at the rotor, and the rotor is then dropped downwardly.
