PURPOSE:To contrive energy conservation by a method wherein an operating flywheel for generating a centrifugal force is rotated by a driving force and the resulting centrifugal force is utilized effectively. CONSTITUTION:A center gear 4 is rotated by a driving force 18 through a transmitting shaft 15, a speed changing gear 12 and a main shaft 10, while a main body flywheel A is kept stopped. The operating flywheel for generating a centrifugal force is rotated concurrently with the acceleration of planetary gears 1. When a predetermined turning force is obtained, the transmission of power to the operating flywheel B is cut off by operating a change-over clutch 16 and the rotation is transmitted to the main body flywheel A. The flywheel A provided with the turning force rotates a ring gear 2 while causing the planetary gears 1 on a track plate 5 to revolve by a half revolution under the centrifugal forde, and rotates the center gear 4 through intermediate gears 3. Simultaneously, the revolution rate of the main shaft 10 is adjusted to be equal to that of the flywheel A by a multiple-stage speed changing gear 12, and the rotation is transmitted to the transmitting shaft 15.
