Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an attaching device which can regulate an angle, by a method wherein a central support part, engaging a hitch, and supporters at both sides are mounted, a blade is pivotably secured by means of the central supporter, and the both sides of the blade is securely connected to a hook. CONSTITUTION:A hook 8 is coupled to a hitch 6 attached to arms at a side of a vehicle. Hooks 62 and hook bins 54 for engaging the hitch 6 are situated at the back of a body 60 of the hook 8, a central support part 70 at a central lower part at a surface side, and side support parts 74 at the opposite sides. A central coupling part 8, pivotably secured to the central support member 70, is located at central lower part at the back of a blade 4, and rockable side coupling member 90 and a side coupling member 110, projectedly secured to the blade, are positioned in the proximity of the opposite sides of the back. A central support member 84 of the blade 4 is pivotably secured to the central support member 70 of the hook 8, the side coupling members 90 engages the side support members 74, and the side coupling member 110 engages the side support member 74 to determine the angle of the blade.
