PURPOSE:To get rid of influence by a brake in case when a reel table device is executing a rotary operation for winding a tape, by providing a one-way clutch between a reel table wheel and a brake wheel. CONSTITUTION:In a supply reel table device A, a reel clutch spring 308 is installed to the outside circumferential surface of an inside circumferential shaft 307b of a brake wheel 307, and the outside circumferential surface of an axial part 306b a reel table wheel 306, and it is wound round in the tightening direction when a reel table 301 is rotated clockwise. Accodingly, when the reel table wheel 306 or a reel gear 305 has been rotated and driven clockwise, that is to say, for intance, in case of the reproducing mode, its rotation is transferred to the brake wheel 307, and a brake effect of a band brake 280 is obtained. When the reel table 301 has been rotated counterclockwise, however, that is to say, in case of the back turn mode and the reproducing mode in the reverse direction, the clutch spring transfers no force to the brake wheel 307, and the brake band 280 exerts no influence on the reel table 301.
