Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to couple and uncopule a clutch for transmitting rotation of a shaft by a simple operation, by combining a toothed cam and a rotary cam on the driving side and an internal gear on the driven side.
CONSTITUTION: When a flange 10a of a hose winding drum 10 is pushed in the same direction B as the turning direction A of a driving shaft 1 in the state that the clutch is coupled, an internal gear 3 is caused to turn and teeth 4a of a toothed cam 4 are pushed downward, so that the toothed cam 4 comes out of engagement with a rotary cam 5. At the same time, the rotary cam 5 is filted since it is urged by a projection 4b of cam 4. Subsequently, when hose H wound around drum 10 is pulled in an unreeling direction C, internal gear 3 is also turned in the direction C, so that teeth 4a of toothed cam 4 are inclined and comes out of engagement with internal gear 3. Therefore, it is enabled to prevent occurrence of the inertia drag by the function of a spring 16, through the driving shaft 1 is turned in the opposite direction.
