Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily excute recording of high frequency, by recording in irradiating a light beam on a signal recording part of a semiconductor recording medium, in a system for recording a signal by a conductive head, to the semiconductor recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A recording medium 11 is formed, for instance, in the shape of a disk, by forming an SiO2 film 13 whose thickness is about scores of A, on a semiconductor substrate 12 such as an Si substrate, laminating and forming an Si3N4 film 14 whose thickness is about hundreds of A, on said film, as an insulator film having a charge accumulating function, and also providing a conductive substrate 15 on the reverse side of the semiconductor substrate 12. When recording a signal, a conductive head 16 is provided so as to be opposed and contact to the surface of the Si3N4 film 14, and a recording signal 17 is supplied. On the other hand, a laser beam 19 from a laser light source 18 is led to a press-contact part of the conductive head 16 of the Si3N4 film, that is to say, a signal recording part. When recording is executed, irradiating the laser beam 19, a moving and accumulating speed due to a tunnel effect to the Si3N4 film from the semiconductor substrate 12 of charge corresponding to a recording signal is accelerated, therefore, recording is executed at a high speed.
