PURPOSE:To obtain a constantly fixed amount of humidification by a water conducting pipe which is provided with an automatic pressure-regulating valve and by which pressurized water in a constant-water-level device is conducted to a humidifying pan. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure in the constant-water-level device 1 is maintained to be substantially constant, a predetermined amount or more of heat transmitted from a combustor to the humidifying pan 2 will suffice, and the amount of water supplied to the pan 2, that is, the humidification amount is maintained to be constant even when the air pressure at the discharge part of a blower 7 is changed with a change in combustion amount. Since water is not present in the pan 2 during non-combustion period, the rise of temperature by heat transfer from a heat exchanger 12 takes place rapidly, so that the humidification amount is not reduced in the starting period of combustion. The water supplied into the pan 2 is scattered by air supplied from an air port 21 and it does not generate any boiling sound.
