Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve responsivity in temperature controllig by providing two heaters for normal and extraordinary operations in a duct that connects the intake port and the blow out port of a thermostatic chamber thereby activating the extraordinary heater when the temperature of the thermostatic chamber falls below a preset range. CONSTITUTION:Air inside a thermostatic chamber 10 is sucked into an intake duct 14 through an intake port 12 by a fan 20 and, after temperature-controlled by a cooler 16 or heater 18, is blown into the thermostatic chamber 10 through a blow out port 24. In this device, a heater 18 consists of a normal operation heater 32A with a low output temperature and an extraordinary operation heater 32B with a high output temperature. The normal operation heater 32A is activated while the temperature of the thermostatic chamber stays within a predetermined range, and the extraordinary heater 32B is activated when the temperature falls below said range, responding to the output of the temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the thermostatic chamber 10 via a temperature controller 28 and a converter 32.
