CONSTITUTION:The steam suction device 7 provided at the direct upstream of a pressure reducing valve 3 and the steam tank 8 provided on the downstream of the heater 4 are connected to each other by a return pipe 9. The steam having its temperature lowered by the heat exchange at the heater 4 enters the tank 8, from which it is sucked by the suction device 7 through the return pipe 9 and is directly returned to a steam supply pipe 2. Accordingly, the steam having its pressure slightly lowered after the heat exchange is reused as it is, whereby energy conservation can be contrived.
