Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to perform a different indication corresponding to a load condition of a load current, by a method wherein a decision is conducted by means of a comparison output of a frequency signal, corresponding to a power, with a reference frequency, and a level detection output of a multiplying output. CONSTITUTION:An output of a multiplying circuit 3, to which outputs of a voltage converting part 1 and a current converting part 2 are fed, is supplied to a count indicating part 12 via a gate circuit 9 being controlled by means of an integrating circuit 4 and a frequency comparison circuit 4. Meanwhile, an output of a circuit 33, which detects an output of a flip flop circuit 27, which is set when a frequency of a pulse f1 is below a reference frequency, and an output level of a multiplying circuit 3, is supplied to gate circuits 31a-31c, and selects indicators 32a-32c for indication. Thus, in case a load current flows in a reverse direction, the indicator 32a is caused to indicate, in case the load current is below a start current, the indicator 32b operates, and in the case of the ordinary load current, the indicator 32c actuates. This permits the easy confirmation of an using condition of a power and the improvement of a monitoring efficiency can be improved.
