Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a compact and light-weight structure for the titled driving device, by performing the recording/reproducing, quick forward/rewind, tape hooking and hooked tape rewind operations respectively with a driving motor and an idler. CONSTITUTION:For a reel driving center pulley 12, a driving idler 13 touches the pulley 12 by a shift of an operation mode switching means 14 in the mode of recording/reproducing, take-up, rewind, etc. The pulley 12 turns counterclockwise as shown by an arrow A in the rewind mode for instance, and accordingly the pressing idler 13 has a counterclockwise deflection to move to the position of 13'. In the rewind mode, the pulley turns clockwise as shown by an arrow B, and accordingly the idler 13 has a clockwise deflection to move to the position 13''. Then the revolving force of the pulley 12 is transmitted to both a supply reel 11 and a take-up reel 10.
