CONSTITUTION:Two prisms 4 and 5 provided in such directions that respective rotation angles are orthogonal to each other and a measuring device 6 which measures the position and the angle of the laser beam incident to a predetermined position are provided. On a basis of position information and angle information obtained by a position detector 7 and an angle detector 8 of the measuring device 6, rotation angles of prisms 4 and 5 are set.
