Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase durable strength and to stabilize a fusing temperature, by surrounding a fusible metal line with fritted glass powder at constant temperature. CONSTITUTION:A fusible metal line 2 is surrounded with a surrounding material 7 made of glass frit and is secured. A material, which has the working temperature ranging from, for example, 50 deg.C lower than a fusing temperature to 250 deg.C lower, is selected as the surrounding material 7. When the metal line 7 reaches the fusing temperature, the surrounding material 7 has fluidity being to the extent that a part thereof exudes into a minute gap around the material 7, and fused metal is formed into a spherical shape by dint of surface tension.
