CONSTITUTION:A multi-color heat sensitive recording body provided with multi- layer heat sensitive color developing layers that comprise on a supporting body two or several layers of a heat sensitive color developing material comprising serveal kinds of leuco dyes that have different color developing temperatures and develop different colors and a color development assisting agent that consists of an acid material and makes the color developing material develop color at high temperature is made to contain on the upper layers of the above mentioned heat sensitive color developing layers fluoran compounds shown in the formulaIand II (R1 and R2 are hydrogen, low class alkyl base or aromatic mono-ring base, R3 is halogen, R4 and R5 are hydrogen, low class alkyl, A-C can be naphthalene ring of D ring but does not form more than two rings).
