CONSTITUTION:A block 4 is placed between a workpiece 1 and a table 3 so that the block is in contact with the bottom of the to-be-removed part B of the workpiece. The block 4 keeps the removed part B from falling just before or at the end of spark erosion, to prevent a wire from snapping.
