CONSTITUTION:A light source 1, an optical fiber 2, a fixing frame 3, an optical fiber 4 and a photodetector 5 are provided. The diameter of the part of the fiber 4 fitted into the frame 3 is made smaller, whereby sensitivity is increased while the necessary frequency band is assured, and further the resonance at the resonance point is weakened.
