Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove technical and economical difficulty from the seal of a pump or the like, by providing valves load fluid not to reversely inflow from discharge ports of plural vessels, successively performing pressure increase-decrease control through control fluid and continuosly flowing the load fluid to the same direction. CONSTITUTION:When internal pressures in vessels 6A, 6B are equalized, a solenoid valve 7 is instantaneously closed, if a solenoid selector valve 8 is switched, air 10 pressurizes thermal medium oil 12B in the vessel 6B. Simulatnesly, as the air 10 in the vessel 6A is communicated to the suction side of a compressor 9, pressure in the vessel 6A is reduced, and the prsurized thermal medium oil 12B in the vessel 6B passes through a check valve (b) not to reversely flow into the vessel 6A by a check valve (a) and is fed to a heater 4. The oil passes through the heater 4 to radiate heat in a heat radiator 5, and then passes through a check valve (d) finally goes into the vessel 6A. In this operation repeatedly performed, because the thermal medium oil 12A, 12B continuously flows to the same direction, technical and economical difficulties for sealing, cooling, etc. of a pump or the like can be eliminated.
