Abstract
PURPOSE:To elevate waste heat recycling power generating efficiency by decompression-flush-evapolating a low-boiling-point medium coming out from a preheater and by supplying it to a turbine when the waste gas temperature lowers. CONSTITUTION:A flush tank 20 and a mixed pressure turbine 30 are provided. If the temperature of a waste gas 14 lowers, a control unit 40 closes a valve 27 and opens a valve 26. A low-boiling-point medium is decompression-flushed in a flushing tank 20 in order to be supplied to the mixed pressure turbine. With these contrivances, heat energies held by the low-boiling-point medium can be collected effectively in order to elevate the power generating efficiency.
