Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the storing efficiency of a tank, by arranging a stretchable slide film aslantedly above a discharge apparatus in the tank so that the tank is divided into a powdery particle storing chamber and an air chamber, and highly pressurized air can be introduced into the air chamber. CONSTITUTION:When powdery particles are introduced into the storing chamber 11 of the tank 1, the stretchable slide film 10 is spread fully along the inner walls of the tank 1 as shown by dotted line due to the own weight of the particles, and the powdery particles are stored to the full capacity of the tank 1. When it is desired to discharge the powdery particles, the compressed air from a compressor 9 is introduced via pipings 8, 19 into the storing chamber 11 and the air chamber 12. Thus, the piled particles in the storing chamber 11 are fluidized to flow into a discharge chamber 6, the slide film 10 is pushed down by the pressurized air so that the particles on the film are forced to the discharge pipe 6, and then the movement of the slide film 10 stops by a regulating device 13. Thereafter, the particles drop under their own weight. According to this arrangement, the storing efficiency of the tank can be improved.
