Abstract

PURPOSE: To manufacture a magnet product with superior iCc characteristics by using a specified liq. medium as a vibrating liq. medium in wet system fine pulverization for manufacturing a rare earth element magnet.
CONSTITUTION: As a vibrating liq. medium for wet system fine pulverization flon 113(1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane) is used in place of toluene. The fine pulverization is performed under the conditions of about 7 μm sample size in the preceding process and about 4hr pulverizing time. Thus, the iCc of the resulting magnet is regulated to ≥ about 25,000 Oe, and the manufacturing process and time can be reduced.
