Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize output, and to ensure the safe operation of a current limit circuit feedback system by comparing output setting signals and laser output detecting signals and introducing a proper stable element between operating signals obtained and discharge currents while forming a current limit circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output of a power meter 4 is differentiated by means of a differentiation circuit 9, and the output is added to the output of the power meter 4 by means of an adding circuit 10. A time constant reaching a stationary state from a rise is shortened by the adding signals. The adding signals are compared with the output of an output setting section 7 is a subtracting circuit 6, and the subtracting signals are inputted to an integration circuit 11.
