CONSTITUTION:The iron core 2 is fixed by a groove iron core clamping frame 1 and consists of the upper iron core yoke 2a and the iron core leg 2b which have stage sections. The trough 11 so formed as to embed the yoke 2a from the lower side utilizing an iron core window 3 is made of an insulating material with semicircular section. The coolant 7 such as flon liquid applied over the upper part of the yoke 2a is received by the trough 11 after cooling the yoke 2a, being gathered in space 13 further to flow right and left in the direction of the leg 2b through the trough 11 as the guide finally to flow down along the internal side 12 of the leg 2b.
