A hole 1a is formed in the part of the metal substrate 1 where the oxide layer 2 is attached, and the circumference of the hole 1 is set upright to form a side part 1b. This side part 1b is formed on the oxide layer 2 side of the metal substrate 1 while making an acute angle with the surface of the metal substrate 1. Other side part 1d making an acute angle with the surface is formed in the circumference of the metal substrate 1. Thus, the oxide layer is caught by the side part and its falling off from the metal substrate is prevented.
