Abstract

PURPOSE:To correct the ununiformity of a recorded image by detecting a voltage impressed on a heating resistor and by changing the output voltage of a power source according to the detected voltage. CONSTITUTION:Pulse signals 51 and 52 generated by a clock signal which is generated in a clock generating circuit are supplied to common terminal switching elements Q1 and Q2 in a source driver to fluctuate thereby the number of the heating resistor 1 electrified in accordance with a image signal 41 supplied to a sync driver 4 and further to fluctuate voltage appearing the output ends 31 and 32 of the elements Q1 and Q2. This voltage is sampled to a control part 24 by a sampling clock 53 and the control part 24 supplies a high-frequency inverter 22 with a control signal 25 having the voltage variation inversely proportional to the afore-said voltage. Meanwhile, the primary-side rectifying- smoothing part 21 of a power source part 2 converts AC voltage of 100V to DC voltage, and the inverter 22, converting this to a prescribed high frequency, changes a crest value in accordance with the voltage level of the signal 25, increases the output voltage of the secondary-side rectifying-smoothing part 23 with the decrease of the voltage generated at the output ends 31 and 32, and thus compensates the fall of a heat value of the heating resistor 1.
