Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable assembling of many kinds of cores having tubes different in length by one core assembling machine by structuring one of two back plates set up on an abutment to allow free approach and separation. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated fin and a tube are sent out on lifters 16a, 16b and the tube and fin are pushed up on a leaf spring. A laminated body is formed by repeating these processes. After that, the laminated body is clamped by lowering pressure bodies 51a, 51b. Guide members 4a, 4b are separated by a cylinder 53 and washers are attached on both ends of the laminated body. To assemble another core which is different in tube length, a back plate 3b of the noving side is moved by operating a handle, and interval between the first guide member 4a and the second guide member 4b is adjusted. The space between side plates 30, 31 is adjusted in accordance with the interval.
