Abstract

PURPOSE:To assemble printing members accurately with less number of work stage without requiring high temperature processing by using such a method wherein an armature is provided, at its top end, with a notch which is substantially the same in size as that of a needle and after a needle is inserted into the notch, the side wall of the notch is curved by a pressing mold. CONSTITUTION:A square notch 3 having an open space of which size is substantially the same as that of the end of a needle 2 is formed at the top end of an armature 1, and the end of the needle 2 is inserted into the notch 3. At this time, a proper amount of adhesive is applied to the end of the needle 2 which is brought to contact with the internal wall of the notch 3. Next, the needle 2 is fixed to the armature 1 by bending the left and right side walls 6, 6' of the notch 3 with a pressing mold 5 having an arc part which is concentric with the end of the needle 2.
