Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the title head wherein a holder of a return spring is unnecessitated and a printing magnet is miniaturized, by providing a spring board as a return member for an armature attracted to a core and by inserting the root part of the board in between the core and a coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The root part of the spring board 10 is inserted into a gap 11 between the core 1 and coil bobbin 7 of an electromagnet. That is, the part of the spring board 10 inserted into the gap 11 becomes the fixed part thereof, while the part of the board outside the gap 11 applies a force in the direction of an arrow (a) to a flexible armature 3. When the coil 2 is electrified, the armature 3 is attracted to the core 1 and the tip of the armature 3 makes a motion in the opposite direction to the arrow (a) around a supporting point A, tapping the tip of a printing wire 4. Then, the tip of the wire 4 projects from the tip part of the printing head. At this time the armature 3, contacting with the spring board 10, is returned in the direction of the arrow (a) by the force of spring of the board.
