Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the configuration of a transistor power converter circuit by turning ON or OFF a positive side DC voltage via a P-N-P type transistor, turning ON or OFF a negative side DC voltage via an N-P-N type transistor, and controlling the ON or OFF of these transistors via a photoswitching element. CONSTITUTION:Transistors Tr1, Tr3, Tr5 employ P-N-P type transistors thereby turning ON or OFF the positive side DC voltage. Further, transistors Tr2, Tr4, Tr6 employ N-P-N type transistors, thereby controlling the DC voltage of the load. The transistors Tr1-Tr6 are controlled ON or OFF via the photoswitching elements S1-S6 provided at the bases of the respective transistors Tr1-Tr6.
