Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the provision of a common pump dispensed with and to save energy by a method wherein a plurality of electrically controllable local pumps each having an interrupting function at the time of its stoppage are provided adjacent a group of fan coil units so as to be connected in series with the latters, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The local pumps LP1-LPn each of which is formed of a comparatively small-sized electromagnetic pump are provided adjacent the fan coil units FU1-FUn so as to be connected in series with the latters, respectively, and water from a water source WS is supplied to the fan coil units in response to pulse signals from control sections CT1-CTn which correspond to the fan coil units. Further, temperature sensors TS1-TSn are provided in cooling and heating zones, respectively.
