CONSTITUTION:A blow-off valve 10 closing an oil passage 4 with a normal spring 9 is equipped in at least one of the oil passages 4 provided in a piston 3, at a high speed of the piston, that is, at occurrence of a pressure difference not less than a valve lift DELTAl, the blow-off valve 10 is opened by suitably selecting tension of said spring 9 to release oil from a bypass 11, thus speed of the piston can be arranged in proportion to its damping power.
