Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a mass production of the sendust lamination magnetic heads having a high durability and high performance, by forming a lamination block by giving the lamination adhesion to plural sheets of sendust thin belts with use of glass and using a head core chip obtained by cutting the lamination block. CONSTITUTION:The sendust thin belts 18 are adhered together with ashesive glass layers 19 to form a lamination block 20, and this block 20 is formed into a prescribed shape and measurement to obtain a lamination core block 21. Then a pair of blocks 21 are butted and joined to form a lamination bonding block 22 having a narrow gap 23. Then an inteeerchannel shielding plate 25 is inserted and fixed to the block 22 after a working is given to the block 22. Thereafter, a bonding head core chip 27 is cut to be bound to a froont core holder 30. At the same time, a rear core 31 is butted to the chip 27. Thus a magnetic circuit is obtained, Then the holder 30 is bonded to the holder 35 with a solder 36 to obtain an assembled body of a magnetic head.
