Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the optional output voltage with use of the divided voltage of a capacitor having high conversion efficiency, by connecting with switching a main capacitor connected in parallel to a load and plural secondary capacitors with a specific method. CONSTITUTION:A main capacitor 4 is connected in parallel to an electronic circuit 2 which functions as a load, and plural sets of secondary capacitor group in which secondary capacitors 4a-4n are formed into a set is provided. The changeover switch group switches the connection between the capacitor 4 and the secondary capacitor group as well as the connection between the secondary capacitors that form the secondary capacitor group. The secondary capacitors are controlled by the changeover switch group so that they are connected in parallel and in series to each other when the capacitor 4 and the secondary capacitor group are connected in series and in parallel, respectively. These series and parallel connections are repeated alternately among plural capacitors to reduce the voltage of a battery 1.
