Abstract
PURPOSE:To sense water leakage with high reliability and at its early stage by measuring the variation in the concentration of hydrogen in a fast neutron reactor. CONSTITUTION:An hydrogen concentration output 14 that is input to a signal treatment device 15 is given to a memory M4. An output of the memory M4 is given to a subtractor 20a and a memory M3. An output of the memory M3 is input to a subtractor 20c and a memory M1. An output of M1 is input to a subtractor 20d and a memory M0. An output of the memory M0 is input to each of the subtractors 20a-20d. After each subtraction output has been stored in the memories M11-M14 by means of a specified timing pulse P5, it is given to an alarm setting circuit 23 a and a trip setting circuit 24. Then hydrogen concentration is measured at the interval of a specified time, and a plurality of variations in concentration are mutually compared to sense water leakage by the variation in hydrogen concentration.
